“I was recently having a conversation with my daughter about their current home that you helped them to purchase a few years ago. She said upon reflection, she is just now realizing how valuable your realtor services were to her and her husband, and would be to anyone who used you. She’s had many friends talk about the new home they just bought and thought little about the process. But she thinks back to a number of homes that they would have bought when first looking but you were able to dissuade them. She said we were so anxious to buy a home that we would have said yes to a number of them that we looked at, but Bruce would come along and say no, that has some water damage or that problem with the house isn’t going to serve you well. She said we were sometimes frustrated by his comments but in the end, he was sooooo right. We could have gotten so much less for our dollar, and made such a bad decision because of our naïveté. His advice was invaluable, yet I never would have thought that buying a home could have so much involved. I thought you just found a house you like and bought it. Thank goodness we were lucky enough to have Bruce with all his expertise guiding us.“
